The South West WARP is a subscription only service:

Membership starts at £500 per year and can increase depending on the number of computers in your Authority. Member is open to all local authorities and public sector services in the South West Region. To make use of the service please register your details using the online registration form (click here), or download a copy and email it to Mark Brett.
